I recently purchased a condo using Scott Bancroft from Royal LePage Coronation West Realty.  Throughout the entire progression Scott was extremely helpful, supportive and professional.  With Scott’s help I was able to purchase a place of my own, within my budget, that met all of my needs.

From the beginning of the process, Scott helped me determine the requirements I had for a home that I wished to buy and was dedicated to finding listings that met those objectives.  He was always honest about how each viewing went and made sure to keep me objective in my ratings for each listing.  The line of communication was always open with Scott and any questions I had were answered quickly and with my interest in mind.

Once I had settled on a place to purchase, he helped me make an offer that made market sense, yet he was still trying to get me the best deal I could get.  He was transparent with all information that flowed between him and the seller’s agent and was a calming influence when the seller was being difficult and unaccommodating.  All the required paperwork was filed timely and accurately and upon my move in date he even provided refreshments for my friends and family!

It has been almost 19 years since we last moved into our current townhome, so it was with much apprehension and trepidation when we decided to downsize and look to list our property. Then came along Scott Bancroft and Joe Liberatore, who put our fears at ease, mentioning it was a great time to sell, and really seemed to have a feel for the market out there and what we could expect.
